Did James marry Lavinia Durham??

Ian Spooner seems to think that Lavinia married a James Durham born 1850, though I have not managed to locate the marriage yet. there is a Lavinia Durham born 1865 in Axby (should it be Haxby?) wife of Enoch Durham, but I think this is the wrong family, as the children do not match up.
It is possible, if so, then James was born 1850 in Barlby, and Lavinia had died before the 1901 Census was taken. Living with James were 2 children, Emily (aged 7) and Thomas (aged 1) which do fit with the family of children which Ian Spooner has. THough 3 other children appear to be missing, possibly dead. RG 13 Piece 4305 Folio 87 Page 19

There is a death of a Lavinia Durham registered in 1Q 1901 at Pontefract. She was aged 32 which puts her birth at 1869, 4 years out....
There is a death of a Bertha Durham 2Q 1899 in Selby aged 0 Vol 9c page 481
There is a death of an Alfred Durham 4Q 1899 in Pontefract aged 3 Vol 9c Page 83

There is a harriet Durham aged 6 living with her Uncle Thomas Durham at the time of the 1901 census. Thomas's wife was Emma, born 1868 at Darrington, Yorkshire (not heard of it) Thomas was born 1863 at Hemingbrough.
