He married either Mary Ann Maw or Jane ann Cook. His birth is registered as Charles WIlliam Buttler Lolley, 3Q 1857 in the registration district of Howden, Vol 9d Page 67
It is very likely that this family come from the Parish of Kirkburn, but this parish has only been extracted back to 1710, so I will need to have a look at the registers themselves to get any further back.
If not, there is a christening of a Thomas Ringrose, son of Thomas Rinrose 23 Feb 1695 at Weaverthorpe (C108833), which is about 8 miles north of Kirkburn. Still need to check the records of Kirkburn out though. 30 May 2004 Still have not looked at the registers.
