Jane is said to be 40 years old on the 1841 Census, so I mihgt be able to find something on her now.
There is a baptism of a Jane Walker in Howden (1803, dau of William Walker and Hannah Wadsworth) 2.64 miles SE of Wressell. I cannot find any Jane Walker's in Wressell itself, so it seems plausible that this is the right person. Also, her 4th child, and seemingly the first to produce grandchildren names the first of these grandchildren William Walker Lolley. William Walker is the Father of Jane Walker Chr 1803 in Howden.
jane is not listed on the 1841 Census, so I am wondering if she died young??
There is in the parish records of Heslington, York, a burial of an Arthur Lolley, bur 8 Sep 1891 aged 4 days. No parents seem to be listed, or at least I have not made a note of them.

Jane died between 1877 and 1878
Cannot find him on a census later than 1871
Does not appear on 1861 Census, had he died by then?
On the 1871 Census, her name is definitely Annie Lolley aged 4

!She was a domestic servant at age 14 in 1881 to a Mr Francis Dickson, who
!was a farmer of 190 acres of land.
William had a Grandson living with him and his wife at the time of the 1881 Census:
!He was called John William Collinson and was 13 years old. (B 1867/8).
!He was born at Newbald, Yorkshire.just a note to hold this information somewhere:
John William Collinson, son of Ann Collinson, Christened 1 Apr 1868, Huntington, York.
Bap 2 Mar 1990 Denve
End 6 Jul 1990 Denve
There is a John William Collinson who is listed as being a grandson of William Collinson (born 1819). Is this the same person? On the 1881 Census is the Grandson, and 10 years previous, also 10 years younger is a John W Collinson but listed as a son. Is it a mistake? I ahve tyet to come across a death entry for a younger John W Collinson, but it may be correct.
This is another connection with the family of Linda Guy, though her connection is rather distant. I am not filling in the gaps just yet so as not to get confused when we do get around to merging the two records. It saves hassle.
