There are two marriages which seem likely:
Mary Brown 28 apr 1726, St denis, York.
or
Elizabeth Birkhead 30 mar 1725 Christ Church, York (Holy Trinity Kings Court)
Re Thomas' birth
there are two posibilities:
Thomas Hutson [Note spelling variation] Chr 22 Feb 1708 at Holy Trinity Goodramgate, York, Yorkshire, England, son of John Hutson
and
Thomas Hudson Chr 2 Oct 1711 at St Michael Le Belfrey, York, son of Francis Hudson. Which is he??
There are two possible christenings for Anne:
6 Jul 1673 St Mary Bishophill Jnr, York, daughter of William and Elizabeth Nelson.
3 jul 1678 St Michael Le Belfrey, York, daughter of Nathaniel Nelson.
Though this second one is more likely with the marriage date, but the name nathaniel does not sure up anywhere in the posterity, whereas William does.
In the Autumn 1920 Eletoral Register of York, the following people were living at 7, Bilton St, York:
