john Micklethwait believes that she is the daughter of Edward Hanson, though I cannot find a mention of him on the IGI as being the father of Agnes. There are two possibilities, Thomas Hanson and Katherine Brooke or John Hanson and Joan or Janet Rayner.

there are a 3 possible people who are Christened in the Elland area of Leeds, who could be this Agnes, but the most likely in terms of time is one in 1599 'of Woodhouse', Father = Edward Hanson. I simply do not know which she is though.

Are mary Fewsdale and Mary Teasedale (two of Francis's wives) the same person?? In old writing styles the two could be misread if the original document was not very clear....???

In 1790 Francis was a Translator (Shoe Sole Replacer) working and living at Skeldergate Postern.

In 1802 he was living in Clementhorpe, York.
