Bertie Outhwaite

~Notes from Jean Outhwaite:
Bertie (26 November 1902 - 7 January 1964) was my Grandfather. He married Ester Terry who ran away when my father was six months old. She later remarried so there must have been a divorce but I can find no family papers relating to it. We went to see her as young children but she wanted nothing to do with us. Bertie was a Steel dresser but had chest problems so when I remember him he was a cloak room attendant. He died of broncho-pneumonia.
